RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery:
- We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders placed on syska.co.in
- At this time, SYSKA does not deliver its products anywhere outside India. Although orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery can only be made in India.
- Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order.
- We make our best effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 24 hours.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next day.
- We strive to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order depending on the address for delivery.
- A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order by visiting the website and clicking on Track Order from the footer of the website. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order and the current shipping status.
- We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
- All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of the delivery. Please contact us on 1800-102-8787 or email us at email@example.com
- In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting “Delivered” on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours as later this request will not be processed.
- If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and contact us on 1800-102-8787 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order ID. We will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
Refund & Replacement Policy:
Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:
- The customer can replace the product received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement of the said product is found to have any issues
- Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 1-2 days of receipt of the product
- In case of receipt of faulty or damaged product, contact us on our customer service number 1800-102-8787 within 1-2 days of receipt of your order. The request will, however, be entertained once a team member has checked and determined the same at our end. Replacements will be made based on the availability of that product with us. The customer has to follow the below term and conditions for the replacement.
- Products must be in their original condition
- Only unused and unaltered products with their original tags will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact
- Replacement with a fresh unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. The customer support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
- The customer is not happy with the quality of a defect-free product
- Physical damage not notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
- An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
- We, at SYSKA LED Lights, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer any exchanges or credit notes except in a situation where we are unable to replace the item. - We will not accept any replacement after 7 days of the delivery.
- You can cancel your order by contacting our customer support on 1800-102-8787 or email us at email@example.com before the item has been dispatched.
- If the item has been dispatched you may also cancel the order by refusing to accept the same at the time of delivery.
- Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.
- Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product
- If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost enroute to your delivery location, we will refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.
- The customer is eligible for refund in case of delayed delivery. (more than 10 days from the date of dispatch)
- In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
- In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded.
- Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
- Our products are liable for GST in India
- We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
- All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
