Can we see caller info from mobile on watch?
Yes, you can see caller information & call notification as long as the band is synced with SYSKA Fit App. Turn on the call notification on the SYSKA Fit app to see incoming call information.
Why don't I see my heart rate on my Syska SW100?
You can see heart rate on your Syska SW100 smartwatch provided you are wearing it on your wrist and there is no space between watch and wrist. For detailed analysis, check the Syska Fit app.
Does it have a Pedometer?
Yes, Syska SW100 comes with an in-built pedometer
Can I read incoming messages on my SYSKA SW100 or do I just get message notifications?
You can read messages on SYSKA SW100 once the Watch has been synced with the SYSKA Fit app on your smartphone. You can see notification of the last received message.
Why isn't Syska SW100 receiving notifications from my phone?
This may be due to disconnection between SYSKA SW100 and SYSKA Fit App. The watch must be within the Bluetooth range of your phone and the 'Sedentary Alerts' and 'SNS' feature must be enabled.
