I cannot pair my accessory with my phone. I not able to connect to my device via Bluetooth, what can I do?

  • Ensure that your mobile phone is in discoverable mode and that your accessory is close to your phone.
  • Ensure that both devices are well charged.
  • Reset the device and remove it from the Bluetooth list on your phone under Bluetooth settings.
  • Re-pair your device.

Why is my Bluetooth device not getting charged?

1. Before the first use, charge the device for 8 hours or as mentioned till it gets fully charged 2. Using Wrong Charger – Make sure you are using the charger provided along with the device & not any other charger. 3. Wrong Voltage – Some adaptors provide the wrong current or voltage. This can cause the battery to not charge and eventually degrade battery performance. Use the recommended charger. 4. If your device only charges when the plug is held at a certain angle, will not plug in all the way, or has visibly bent/broken pieces inside the charging port, you should replace the USB cord. 5. Charging from Computer – A computer USB port may not provide enough power to charge the device. Try using the recommended charger with a wall receptacle. 6. For optimal use discharge the battery fully and then recharge it once in a month 7. Follow a periodic cycle charge for Bluetooth devices to get the maximum shelf life.

What is the Bluetooth range?

  • Bluetooth range is normally up to about 10 m. Signal to the device is weaker beyond 10m. 
  • Area between devices should always be free from obstacles.

Can I use it without Bluetooth?

Yes, most of Syska’s wireless speakers come with a 3.5mm AUX input option. So, you can use the device without Bluetooth too.

No our Bluetooth Speakers are not waterproof . However some of them like the Sound Cup is Splash proof.
